First, I put my e-mail address on my blog, so people could contact me. That turned out to be an incredibly effective way of attracting a lot of spam, but not so good for any other purposes.

Then, I put up a web form that people could fill out. That worked fine for some time, but in recent months, I've been getting often dozens of spam submissions through that form every single day. So that didn't work either.

Now, I require you to use LID Authenticated Messaging (info). Its advantage is that the sender's address cannot be falsified, and that cuts down on a lot of spam.
