Excite founders Joe Kraus and Graham Spence recently unveiled
JotSpot. They call it
an "Application WiKi" and it seems to fix a lot of the
problems, such as the use of obscure markup languages, that have plagued
WiKis and made them impossible to use by non-specialists. Good idea!
This post on TechDirt creates a relationship to Clay
Shirky's concept of Situated Software.
Other than being potentially for a quite small audience, I'm not sure
that this relationship really exists; but maybe I'm missing something?
